2. Products:
We offer for sale pre-owned jewelry. All items are described as accurately as possible, including any known imperfections. Please note that due to the nature of pre-owned items, there may be slight signs of wear.
3. Prices and Payments:
All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars) and do not include shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
Payment can be made through the methods specified during placing an order.
Your order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation email.
4. Shipping:
We currently ship orders outside the European Union (EU).
Shipping is typically carried out via airmail courier services such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, or other reputable carriers.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 business days of order confirmation, unless a goldsmith service (e.g., ring resizing) is required. In such cases, dispatch may be delayed, and you will be informed of the estimated timeframe.

United Kingdom: USD 25
Free shipping is offered for orders above USD 3000 to all the countries listed above.
Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that this is an estimated timeframe and may vary depending on the destination and courier procedures.
You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may be applicable in your country.
For purchases from other countries not listed above, please contact us to determine avaliability, shipping details and costs.
5. Returns and Refunds:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging.
Modified items, specifically those that have undergone ring resizing at the customer's request, are not eligible for return or refund, unless the modification itself is faulty.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the secure packaging of the returned item. We recommend that the buyer considers insuring the return shipment for its value, as we are not liable for any loss or damage during return transit.
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, a refund will be processed within 7 days using the original payment method.
